Paper using mVMC has been published (Phys. Rev. B, 99, 245155)!
A paper (Phys. Rev. B, 99, 245155) on a new method that derives the first-principles effective Hamiltonian of the strongly correlated electron system was published. By applying this method to a copper oxide high-temperature superconductor (La2CuO4), we succeeded in reproducing the experimental values of magnetic ordering moment and charge gap of the mother materials. mVMC was used to analyze the effective Hamiltonian.
