In this paper( arXiv:1711.11418 , Computer Physics Communications, Vol. 235, 447-462 (2019)), they explain details of mVMC,
which is open-source software for many-variable
variational Monte Carlo method.
In examining the accuracy of mVMC,
they perform the exact diagonalization using Husing HΦ.
